Eagle Bay Wood Products uses only the finest Northern United States & Canadian cold climate hardwoods that Mother Nature has to offer in the production of its cabinet doors, drawers & related components. In addition to other advantages the short summer growing season & cold winter climates make the growth rings tighter & provides more stability to the wood.

What does this mean for you?

Our maples are lighter & brighter with less mineral stains & have a whiter color that their creamy southern counter parts. Our Red Oak is lighter & more uniform in color with less mineral stains. Our Cherry is free of green color, has more red, less sap & fewer occurrences of gum deposits.

These combined attributes add value to our products that are unavailable from other suppliers. In addition to these value-added quality features, our doors finish at 7/8" thick instead of the typical 3/4" thick!
